I'm Aryeh Goretsky and I am a/the Distinguished Researcher at ESET North America. I work with Daniel, who introduced himself earlier in the thread. I am not a part of ESET's sales or marketing or customer care (neé technical support) departments but over in the research department where I do researchy things.

Like Daniel, I came up from the trenches and have a background in support and related online activities. Opens a new window The reason I am here is because I was involved early on in bootstrapping ESET's online efforts (social media, communities, etc.) and as a result been asked to serve as a resource for some of ESET's key partners.
